It is not about the company and what he can achieve as a company owner. It is about the people.<\/span><\/p>\n

David Wood<\/a>, the company founder and owner,\u00a0 has a vision to create 100 new millionaires every year and to create the richest team of people. <\/span><\/p>\n

This is very different to many companies where their vision is about the growth of the company. <\/span><\/p>\n

Often companies make\u00a0 a\u00a0 statement something\u00a0 like \u201cwe are going to grow this company to a billion dollar business by 2016.\u201d<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

You see the difference?<\/span><\/p>\n

This has been David Wood\u2019s vision from the beginning \u2013 100 new millionaires every year and the richest team.<\/span><\/p>\n

This dollar measurable vision is backed by the company\u2019s mission to impact lives and\u00a0 make the world a better place.<\/span><\/p>\n

The thing is David is not materialistic.<\/span><\/p>\n

He is not into fancy clothes.\u00a0 He wears mainly tank tops and sandals or bare feet.<\/span><\/p>\n

So why is the vision about millionaires and his team being rich?<\/span><\/p>\n

It is because having money equates to freedom.<\/span><\/p>\n

The freedom to do whatever you want when you want.<\/span><\/p>\n

If money was no objective what would you do?<\/span><\/p>\n

Would you spend more time with your family?<\/span><\/p>\n

Travel more?<\/span><\/p>\n

Give to a cause or charity?<\/span><\/p>\n

Work out more?<\/span><\/p>\n

Surf or fish?<\/span><\/p>\n

I have been a part of a couple of businesses that clearly were not about the people.\u00a0 That is why it is important to me. <\/span><\/p>\n

If David did not have such a strong vision \u2013\u00a0 focused on other people and not himself,\u00a0 I am sure Empower Network<\/em> would not be here today.<\/span><\/p>\n

Empower Network \u2013\u00a0 The beginning<\/span><\/h2>\n

Empower Network has only been in existence for a relatively short time. <\/span><\/p>\n

It commenced at the end of October 2011 and experienced more than its fair share of obstacles.<\/span><\/p>\n

I am not going to go though them as it is not relevant now. I simply want to say that without a vision focused on the associates <\/span><\/p>\n

I am sure that David Wood would not have found\u00a0 solutions as he did. \u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

Each time a new problem arose he found a solution.<\/span><\/p>\n

He was already wealthy and had been a top producer in other companies so why did he keep going? <\/span><\/p>\n

Simply because he had a dream and a vision that is much bigger than himself.<\/span><\/p>\n

When Empower Network<\/strong> started they were paying 100% commissions.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

It does not take too much maths ability to work out that by paying 100% commission there was nothing left for him as a company owner.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

David has always worked as an affiliate in the field\u00a0 just like all the other associates.<\/span><\/p>\n

Empower Network Today<\/span><\/h3>\n

Today Empower Network<\/span> is a very different company than it was in these difficult times.<\/span><\/p>\n

There is now a strong corporate team, great systems and a solid structure. Everyone\u00a0 I have seen via webcasts from the CEO down is\u00a0 heart connected and comes from that space.<\/span><\/p>\n

Commissions have been cut to a support the growth. It is now 70% which of course is still very attractive and it means the company will be around for a very long time.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Products<\/span><\/h3>\n

The products have recently been revamped.<\/span><\/p>\n

The\u00a0 new products are more generic to help other businesses owners as well as Empower Network affiliates build their businesses.<\/span><\/p>\n

All the products are digital so there is no shipping involved. They include;<\/span><\/p>\n

It is not owned by Empower but has the endorsement of the company. <\/span><\/p>\n

It is a system anyone can follow and brand new people can get results very quickly if they work it\u00a0 and follow the steps.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

It is also for seasoned marketers.<\/span><\/p>\n

When I first came online I had no clue what I was doing. I tried to find systems like this but there were none. This system would have cut years off my learning curve.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

When choosing a company to work with you should be aligned and comfortable with the products. I love our products.<\/span><\/p>\n

The next thing that is important of course is the money. Can you make money in the business you choose to join?\u00a0 There are many top earners in Empower Network. They did not get there without work but that goes for any business.<\/span><\/p>\n

You should choose a company that has a culture you can feel part of and that you know has your back. For me this is my home.<\/span><\/p>\n
