ACH Offices<\/strong> is a company or a group of individuals claiming to be a process serving company. They call people telling them the call back or they will come with the local authorities and serve you with a subpoena for a case against you in court for fraud. I received the phone call from a anonymous number so I let it go to voice mail.<\/p>\n

When I listened to the message it was a very rude woman leaving a message to respond to them within 2 hours to avoid court costs and settle the case outside of court. I called back to the phone number she left with me and only was connected to a voice mail not a live person.<\/p>\n

After I called ACH Offices<\/em> twice and still no answer from a person, I asked my wife to look up the company online to see what we could find on the company. There was an overwhelming amount of posts related to the company being a scam. So beware of the issues out there and do not just go paying over the phone for something you do not do your homework on first. Somehow this company ACH offices<\/strong> is getting peoples info when they are doing loans with other companies.<\/p>\n

when they are on the phone so do not give them any other information or be intimidated at all by them. ACH Offices<\/a> is plain out a scam. I plan on getting back at them if they ever call me back.<\/p>\n
