These pages show the business address, hours, map, and even has a check in. This means that the business has even more social media channels to use for marketing needs. There are many social media sites that can help you track customers and prospects and even competition that might be talking about your business, brand, or products. Getting good feedback reviews will help your brand and product sales and produce a good social media reputation. You might get some really good reviews and then you may get some horrible reviews. One of the simplest methods to check this is to do a vanity search on Google alerts. It is best to use a social media monitoring tool that can assist you in responding quickly. Make sure to listen to the feedback, acknowledge their thoughts, thank them, and handle negative posts as you see fit. Sometimes it’s best to leave those comments alone.

SOLUTION ~ Setup Alerts

Google has alerts that will inform you when someone is talking about your business name.
