Many of us have different talents, some might have a particular talent and is very good at it, while others are multi-talented and is average at each. Talent is indeed a gift that we have to give due to everyone. However, many people actually settle at their certain level of talent, not aiming for more but also not settling for less, just contented with what they already have.<\/span><\/h2>\n

None can judge whether this is right or wrong but a step towards an improvement to it would be more justifiable than settling for what seems to be clich\u00e9 from you.<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Self-improvement<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/em> means challenging yourself in beating your own high score, the best competitor one can have is also himself.\u00a0 The Spiderman movie had taught us this, leaving us with a mind setting that \u2018Your worst enemy is yourself\u2019. Self-improvement is more likely what everyone is taking for granted, people thought that beating their toughest<\/span><\/em> opponent would be the end of their journey; we are quite vulnerable to this small thinking.<\/span><\/h2>\n

A step towards self-improvement<\/span><\/a> must start firstly with evaluation. How well you know your capabilities and how well you also know where you are bad at when it comes to your talent\/s must be well-determined, working on your perks and enhancing what you have best will also lead to improving yourself.<\/span><\/h3>\n

For example, you know that you cannot seem to face a crowd because you are lacking interpersonal skills but on the other hand, you are confident about how well you can organize your thoughts and bring it about. Then speaking in front of a small crowd would entail a new high score, and the more the people in the crowd that you are able to face, the more you are simultaneously enhancing both the talent that you need to work on and the talent that you know you are good at.<\/span><\/h3>\n

The key towards success is never aiming for less, even though you can definitely say that you are the best there is when it comes to that aspect of talent or knowledge and there is no one that can oppose you, you can oppose yourself. As I quote what was said by a noble man, \u2018You can never get out of the portrait you have of yourself\u2019.<\/span><\/h3>\n
