As I hung up the phone, that day, I immediately realized I\u2019d made one of the most horrible mistakes I could have ever made as a team leader and that it could NEVER happen again.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Talk about stupid\u2026 in the span of less than 30 minutes, I\u2019d alienated my team, infuriated friends and created a wall between myself and the people I supposedly cared about. Not my most shining moment as a networker.<\/p>\n

Why? Because I was scared. Scared of what? Losing money.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The last few months were fabulous! I\u2019d had my first five figure month online\u2026 I was making more money than I had ever made in my life and I was \u201chooked on the feeling!\u201d<\/p>\n

Unfortunately, I was the only person on my team that was able to do what I was doing. \u00a0It\u2019s not that what I was doing couldn\u2019t be replicated, because it\u2019s the easiest marketing strategy to replicate that there is<\/strong>\u2026 it\u2019s like \u201cgreased lightning\u201d for direct sales.<\/p>\n

But instead of exhibiting the leadership<\/a> qualities that would help people overcome I went on a tirade that included accusations, threats and a myriad of other nasty stuff that made me an instant \u201ca-hole\u201d.<\/p>\n

I wasn\u2019t concerned about whether or not my team was making money, at that time\u2026 I was only focused on one thing, me.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Then, for me, it was all about leader boards, recognition and being the \u201cTop Producer.\u201d<\/p>\n

The next day I hosted an \u201capology\u201d call because the guilt my rampage had created was indicator enough that I had totally messed up.<\/p>\n

Fortunately, the majority of my team accepted my apology and we were able to move forward.<\/p>\n

I learned a valuable lesson during that 36 hour period of time\u2026 but something still puzzled me.<\/p>\n

How do I get people to replicate what I\u2019m doing?<\/strong><\/p>\n

What I\u2019ve learned, since \u201cback in the day\u201d is that you DON\u201dT get people to replicate<\/span> what you are doing\u2026<\/p>\n

\n

Becoming a great leader starts with a decision to just do it. There are countless people who believe what you do, so blaze a trail that they can follow!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

You step up and step out as a leader, blaze the trail and people will follow<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

What I also learned is that once I was able to move passed the fear and feelings of inadequacy and unworthiness<\/strong><\/em><\/span> is that making a decision to lead was much easier than I thought it would be!<\/p>\n

Interestingly enough, it also made it much easier to earn larger amounts of money in shorter periods of time<\/span>!<\/p>\n

Not everyone is going to replicate because they are not ready to do so and may NEVER do so.<\/p>\n

But, when you lead with a vision for the success of others, you\u2019ll attract masses. \u00a0From those masses, your producers will arise!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Here are 7 power packed qualities that will make you a great leader so you can impact\u00a0and transform many lives, including your own!<\/p>\n

Show genuine interest in others<\/strong><\/span>: Your thoughts and heart\u2019s intentions will either open the flow of abundance in your life or shut it off completely. People don\u2019t join business opportunities, they join people<\/span> because somehow, some way, at some level a connection was made where a person took a step of faith based on trust. Based on that, your actions are going to determine your outcome. Genuine intentions bring about favorable results.<\/p>\n

Qualify people<\/strong><\/span>: Don\u2019t waste your time with people who are not \u201call in\u201d on their dream. \u00a0Ask people \u201cOn a scale of 1 to 10, how bad do you want to reach your monthly income intention?<\/span>\u201d Anyone less than a 10 does not qualify to work with you. This is not personal. A big part of the reason people don\u2019t replicate, as I stated above, is because they are not ready\u2026 and may never be, so don\u2019t waste your time or theirs. \u00a0This will free up more time to connect with people who do qualify to work with you.<\/p>\n

Believe in YOU<\/strong><\/span>: If you don\u2019t believe in you and the vision you\u2019ve embraced, no one else will either. \u00a0\u201cYou reap exactly what you sow<\/span>\u201d in word, deed and thought.<\/p>\n

Believe in the people you choose to work with<\/strong><\/span>: I understand that it\u2019s easy to lose faith in people who do everything but what\u2019s necessary to succeed. Focusing on those people can hurt your faith. \u00a0This is why qualifying people is so important. Set yourself up to succeed by choosing to work with people who qualify to work with you.<\/p>\n

Believe in the people you choose not to work with<\/strong><\/span>: Do not judge these people. Understand that running a business from home in the world of network marketing<\/a> or direct sales requires a specific mindset<\/a><\/span>. \u00a0There isn\u2019t a \u201cplug and play\u201d way to get rich on the Internet or in any business. Not everyone is at an place in their life where they are willing to accept that. You may choose not to work with them, but don\u2019t stop believing in them, because some of them will get there and your treatment of all people equally can have an awesome impact on future business.<\/p>\n

See yourself as a leader<\/strong><\/span>: \u00a0If you don\u2019t see yourself as a leader, no one else will either.<\/p>\n

Take action regardless of how you feel<\/strong><\/span>: Don\u2019t wait until you FEEL like you\u2019re ready. Take action even if it scares the crap out of you. If you don\u2019t know what do to, then learn it! \u00a0If you\u2019re at a place that you KNOW you need to do this, but have not taken action, then it\u2019s time to take action.<\/p>\n

Back when I was working a street pastor in Phoenix, Pastor Jeff used to always tell us \u201cleaders are readers.<\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n

Take the actions of a leader. \u00a0Read, learn, grow, implement, test and share your results.<\/p>\n

By doing these things you\u2019ll become a stronger leader and, by going through the process, you\u2019ll be able to share with people how you have overcome and how they can do the same thing!<\/p>\n

Leading by example is the greatest skill you can develop because\u2026<\/p>\n

Your team will DO what YOU DO!<\/p>\n

It\u2019s not enough to just tell people what to do\u2026 show them how to do it and let them see you doing it consistently.<\/p>\n

By following the leadership tips and qualities outlined in this post you\u2019ll find that it\u2019s much easier be a great leader in business and \u00a0create the time and money freedom you want faster<\/strong> than anything else you can do, starting right now.<\/p>\n
