\u201cNo man can become a great leader of men unless he has the milk of human kindness in his own heart, and leads by suggestion and kindness, rather than by force.<\/span><\/strong>\u201d ~Napoleon Hill<\/span><\/p>\n

I\u2019m talking to you about my reading of \u2018The Law of Success\u2019 written by Napoleon Hill and have been quoting him so very-very much, sometimes I think too much. Napoleon writes about a wife who wrote the creed below for her husband to recite each day to give him self-confidence before going to work and at the end of the day.<\/span><\/p>\n

This is for you to use and\/or improve to your liking. Here it is:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2018I believe in myself.\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2018I believe in my employer.\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2018I believe in my friends.\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2018I believe in my family.\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2018I believe that God will lend me everything I need with which to succeed if I do my best to earn it through faithful and honest service.\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n

I believe in prayer and I will never close my eyes in sleep without praying for divine guidance to the end that I will be patient with other people and tolerant with those who do not believe as I do.\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2018I believe that success is the result of intelligent effort and does not depend upon luck or sharp practices or double-crossing friends, fellow men or my employer.\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2018I believe I will get out of life exactly what I put into it, therefore I will be careful to conduct myself toward others as I would want them to act toward me.\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2018I will not slander those whom I do not like.\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2018I will not slight my work no matter what I may see others doing.\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2018I will render the best service of which I am capable because I have pledged myself to succeed in life and I know that success is always the result of conscientious and efficient effort.\u2019 <\/span><\/p>\n

\u2018Finally, I will forgive those who offend me because I realize that I shall sometimes offend others and I will need their forgiveness.\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n

You can type this out, keep it like it is or change it, sign it at the bottom of the page and recite what you composed every morning and evening. Using Auto-suggestion will change you into what you want to become.<\/span><\/p>\n

Napoleon Hill goes on to say that you should \u2018analyze this creed and you will notice how freely the personal pronoun is used. It starts off with the affirmation of Self-confidence, which is perfectly proper.\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2018No man could make this creed his own without developing the positive attitude that would attract to him people who would aid him in his struggle for success.\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n

Every day I recite to myself my \u2018definite chief aim\u2019 and now I will include this creed and I hope you do too.<\/span><\/p>\n

As I mentioned in a earlier post that I\u2019ve read \u2018Think and Grow Rich\u2019 and \u2018The Law of Success\u2019 last year, but I only finished half way through \u2018The Law of Success\u2019 and have already put together my \u2018definite chief aim\u2019 and \u2018my creed\u2019 to recite each day.<\/span><\/p>\n

I have changed my \u2018definite chief aim\u2019 a few times and revamped the \u2018creed\u2019 to suit me. This time around with \u2018The Law of Success\u2019 it is much more meaningful and I\u2019m enjoying what Napoleon Hill has to say.<\/span><\/p>\n

So I hope you are enjoying Napoleon Hill\u2019s writing. <\/span><\/p>\n

Just a note. His father was a farmer and then became a \u2018dentist\u2019.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

We will move along until next time!<\/span><\/p>\n
