Social media has become a place to post our greatest accomplishments and those of the children (or furbabies) in our lives. Most of us share only our best moments with friends and family. I know this because I will admit that I am one of those people, LOL\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n

Today, I\u2019m going to be real.<\/span><\/p>\n

Today was tough. I really try to keep things positive and upbeat, knowing\u00a0that I can turn my day around pretty easily. But, today I felt like anything that could go wrong, did. The weather was dreary and depressing, something that my husband and I thought was going to come through didn\u2019t, and all five of us just had a rotten start to our\u00a0day.<\/span><\/p>\n

Instead of just ignoring and tuning out things that I care about, which definitely came to mind, I pushed through today. At one point today, I turned into a victim of my circumstances, which spilled over onto the kids. On any other day, I would refuse to partake in that type of victim mentality, so I quickly snapped myself out of it by going off into a room alone for a little bit and listening to uplifting audios.<\/span><\/p>\n

Yesterday, I posted about our family\u2019s dream to travel in an RV. It is dreams and goals like this that keep me going on days like today. My goals and dreams give me hope for better things to come and make me pick up that phone or open up my laptop and get to work on financially freedom.<\/span><\/p>\n

We ended the day by spending time together, laughing and just talking with each other. I was able to spend time alone talking with my two older children individually, which is always a blessing with a two-year-old around. So, taking all of that into consideration, my day was pretty great! Tomorrow is SURE to be 100% better. Not because it is Saturday, which in our current lives is not much different than a Monday through Friday workweek. It will be a better day because the odds are in my favor and because I will make sure to run my day instead letting it run me, like it did today.<\/span><\/p>\n

I am very tired from this crazy day, so I\u2019m going to call it a night and make this a short post.<\/span><\/p>\n
