This is easier said than done during difficult times, but good leaders know how to do it. Your positive attitude will help increase the morale of your employees and give them a better understanding that things will improve.<\/p>\n<p>The best leaders lead by example. You must have passion for what you&#8217;re doing, and you must model for employees what is required. An effective leader talks to workers and supports them at every turn.<\/p>\n<p>You don&#8217;t ever want to completely give in, but compromise is important as a leader. When you compromise, you&#8217;re getting what you desire, but you&#8217;re not ignoring the wishes of someone else. Working out mutually-beneficial compromises helps everyone involved and makes your team stronger.
