I am one of those misfortunate souls who believed that going to school, getting a good education, and then getting a good job was what life was all about. So away I went doing what 95% of the population does for a while anyway. Then I started to question a few things. Why it is some can make 30 grand in a month and it takes me all year to do the same? How is it I can barely afford my car but some drive Ferraris? Ask at work and you get any number of answers; they were lucky, they were born into it, was their race, sex, any number of reasons but the truth. Truth was they figured out a way to leverage their money that didn\u2019t require them sitting at a job for 40 plus hours a week making chicken feed. <\/p>\n
So I started looking around and eventually got involved in my first multi-level marketing company. Stayed in for a few years and ended up quitting. Not because it was a bad company but because I was unwilling to do things I needed to do to change. After years of corporate and negative talk from co-workers and friends we tend to be stuck in our ways. The older you get the harder it is for you to let go and become something more than you are.<\/p>\n
Years go by, get divorced, get more cynical, and think of what might have been if I had only done \u201cwhatever\u201d. I am sure you get the picture. If you are under 30 you may not understand all this but you\u2019re starting to feel it. So eventually you get to that point in your life where you ask yourself? Do I put all my money away and hope in a few years I can retire or do I man up and stop being afraid of the unknown and try to make something of my life before it\u2019s too late. I choose that latter.<\/p>\n
