Multi-Level Marketing Scams, 90% or Higher Failure Rate, Truth Behind the Numbers<\/h2>\n

Scam is an interesting word and people throw around and put all the blame on the business and none on the individual.<\/p>\n

Multi-Level marketing scams<\/em> headlines can been seen in many blogs and on YouTube where they quote 90% and up failure rates.<\/p>\n

So are the numbers a factual representation of what is really going on?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Depends<\/span> on who you ask.<\/p>\n

I recently challenged someone on YouTube who was quoting that 99% of people who get into MLM<\/a>\u2019s fail and asked the simple question of those 99% how much blame is on the individual.<\/p>\n

I asked a few times and the only answer I got was things like the following:<\/p>\n

I would never place blame on the victims of a pyramid scheme like MLM. MLM is a scam.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

In his eyes MLM is a scam so it doesn\u2019t matter that the 99% could be made up of mostly people who quit or watched 130 hours of TV a week.<\/p>\n

MLM is a scam so therefor all the people who didn\u2019t do<\/span> shit get a free pass.<\/span><\/p>\n

Per the International Health Club Association,
\n50% of all new health club members quit within the first six months of signing up and 90% of those who join health and fitness clubs will stop going regularly within the first 90 days
\n. \u2014 International Health Club Association<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

So based on the above argument gyms are a scam?<\/p>\n

Multi-Level Marketing Scams \u2013 Personal Testimony<\/h2>\n

15 years ago I quit Amway after being in it for 12 years.
\nI didn\u2019t make a dime but let\u2019s examine why.<\/p>\n

My upline told me read daily, listen to audio\u2019s daily, make a list of my friends and family, go meet strangers and build a downline.<\/p>\n

I was married at the time and I would come home and tell my wife I spent 3 hours of contacting and just no one was around or wanted to talk.\u00a0 Told my upline the same thing.<\/p>\n

Truth?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I was so afraid to say hi to someone because my self-image was horrible.\u00a0 I was told that by reading and actually trying to say hi and getting past that fear I would get over it.\u00a0 I said
\nI did all those things but the truth was I wasn\u2019t.<\/p>\n

I sponsored something like 15 people who all did nothing because I sponsored my self-image level and lower so of course
\nI made no money.<\/p>\n

So whose fault was it<\/span> I made no money?<\/p>\n

Per the guy on YouTube and every other person posting that multi-level marketing scams<\/span> are real, it was the company\u2019s fault I didn\u2019t make a dime.<\/p>\n

Now how RETARDED is that?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Even still someone will be looking up those videos and articles and will believe the number that 99% failed so all of these multi-level marketing<\/strong> scams are true.<\/p>\n

Multi-Level Marketing Scams \u2013 The Real<\/span> Numbers<\/h2>\n

I do agree there are some bad MLM\u2019s that the government should shut down for illegal practices but there are a lot of companies who are legit and offer something to those who actually listen and apply what they learn<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s look at this for a minute\u2026.<\/p>\n

  • Why do more people quit the gym than stick it out?<\/li>\n
  • Why there are more college dropouts then graduates?<\/li>\n
  • Why are there more C and D students then A and B?<\/li>\n
  • Why do the armed forces have just a few who are special-ops compared to how many are in?<\/li>\n
  • Why doesn\u2019t every kid who plays sports make it to the professional level?<\/li>\n
  • Why do some get raises where others do not?<\/li>\n
  • Why do we have far less rich then poor?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    I think you get my point, you can ask that question for just about everything.<\/p>\n

    So let\u2019s use the same line of thinking as all multi-level marketing scams are real.<\/p>\n

    • Colleges are scams (In My Opinion they really are scams)<\/li>\n
    • Gyms are a scam<\/li>\n
    • Work is a scam<\/li>\n
    • Professional sports is a scam<\/li>\n
    • Military is a scam<\/li>\n
    • Grades are a scam<\/li>\n
    • Rich is a scam<\/li>\n
    • Poor is a scam<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      In other words let\u2019s put all the blame on everyone else but the individual.<\/p>\n

      Multi-Level Marketing Scams \u2013 Show Me True Numbers<\/h3>\n

      Here are the percentages I would love to see when people talk about multi-level marketing scams.<\/p>\n

      What percentage of the 99 did EXACTLY<\/strong> what their upline told them to do, day in day out, daily, 7 days a week for entire year and never made a dime?<\/p>\n

      Show me that number and we can talk about multi-level marketing scams.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n
