Today\u2019s lesson is about achieving time freedom in your online network marketing<\/a> business\u2026 and there\u2019s a much deeper lesson here on how what you do (or don\u2019t do) can make or break your success.<\/p>\n

The reality is, most internet marketers spend long days on their computers building their businesses.\u00a0 Of course it takes time to get your marketing systems in place and get traffic to your site\u2026 so I\u2019m all for doing whatever it takes to make it happen\u2026 and then ramping that up to greater success\u2026<\/p>\n

\u2026but what I\u2019m talking about here is not creating a \u201cjob\u201d for ourselves in the process.<\/p>\n

Often Times We Do What We Think Is Best To Boost Our Growth And It Turns Out To Not Be So Good After All.<\/h2>\n

I discovered this unknowingly when I picked up an additional income stream a few months ago.\u00a0 I had joined an opportunity where my upline already had a killer training system in place and I decided to only send my new team members there and not offer help or support like I had in my primary business.<\/p>\n

I initially did that because I was too busy doing my work, answering people on skype, taking calls, and helping my team.\u00a0 I thought that if I offered my time and energy, it would help them succeed.<\/p>\n

The opposite is true\u2026 and I\u2019ll tell you why:<\/h3>\n

My team started growing fast and I wasn\u2019t doing a thing except sending an update email about once a week or so.<\/p>\n

Nobody was calling me.\u00a0 Nobody was skyping me.\u00a0 I got a couple of emails here and there\u2026 and mostly those were people telling me how excited they are or asking questions about this or that\u2026 nothing major or time-consuming\u2026<\/p>\n

\u2026and my team was still growing and making money!<\/p>\n

At first I didn\u2019t \u201cget it\u201d and decided to just roll with it.\u00a0 Why not right?\u00a0 What I didn\u2019t fully understand was the \u201cwhy\u201d.<\/p>\n

Your \u201cHelp\u201d Can Be Hazardous To Others<\/h2>\n

Have you ever opened up a cocoon to release a butterfly before it was ready?\u00a0 How about hatching an egg before it naturally hatches?<\/p>\n

If you have, you know that the animal will not survive on its own if you deprive it of challenge and achievement in life.<\/p>\n

The same is true with people\u2026 and if your message is telling them that you\u2019ll drag their butts across the finish line if they just get in your team\u2026<\/p>\n

\u2026they will not likely go through the pain and the struggle that makes people wake up, stand up, and for the first time in their lives actually decide deep down that I\u2019m going to do this come hell or high water.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s how you learned how to walk.<\/em><\/p>\n

They might not reach that boiling point where they say \u201cI am not going to accept this life that I was sold and didn\u2019t choose for myself any longer!\u201d\u2026<\/p>\n

\u2026and they might not push harder than they ever have in their lives and emerge victorious;\u00a0 to stand on top of the mountain and feel unstoppable and say \u201cI did it\u201d when nothing seemed possible before.<\/p>\n

If you do for others what they should do for themselves, you rob them of the sense of achievement and the ability to achieve success without you or someone to depend on.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The Secret To Online Marketing Time Freedom<\/h2>\n

The point of all of this is that if your message conveys to people that they don\u2019t have to do anything or that you\u2019ll make it easier\u2026 they will believe they have to have the same message.<\/p>\n

They will believe that they have to provide tech support and coaching 24\/7 and get strapped to their computer and do what you are doing\u2026 which is not enticing to most people!\u00a0 Who want\u2019s to live like that?<\/p>\n

What We Want Is Both Time Freedom And Money Freedom\u2026 And We Can Have It.<\/h3>\n

What I learned from this experience is that while it\u2019s critical to lead by example, point the way, and have a proven training and marketing system in place\u2026<\/p>\n

\u2026it\u2019s even more critical that you get out of their way, build your business and allow for the natural growth and development of leaders on your team.\u00a0 The ones who really truly desire it will \u201cshow up\u201d and participate\u2026 and the ones who quit\u2026 well you saved a lot of time and energy with people who don\u2019t have it in them\u2026 and that\u2019s what this is all about!<\/p>\n

Make the decision to create time freedom<\/strong> in your business\u2026<\/strong> and lead by living<\/em> the example.\u00a0 A simple adjustment in your message can make a huge difference!<\/p>\n
