ALL NATURAL, IS IT?<\/span><\/h2>\n

Growing up on a farm I learned that all natural\u00a0<\/strong>meant that it had no added ingredients, it was just natural. We drank raw milk (yes with all the fat), we made our own butter from the raw milk, sometimes we added some salt, however most times we did not. My mom had a HUGE garden, and as much as I hated picking weeds, I did like the fact that our fruits and veggies were not sprayed with pesticides and were grown from seeds that were not \u201cgenetically\u201d modified. I often wonder why some people felt \u00a0the need to modify something that did not need it! I was taught how to home can and preserve everything from jams to green beans. It really is amazing how much better the flavor and color is in home preserved foods versus store bought with all the preservatives in them.<\/p>\n

If it says enriched bleached white flour, how can it be all natural<\/span>?<\/span><\/h2>\n

I am not sure if you have ever stopped to think about that statement. I have. First, Bleach is poison, it says so right on the bottle, yet they use it to \u201cbleach\u201d flour and rice. Its used to purify water, hello\u2026 I am not sure about you, but I grew up on a farm where water came from a well, we drank from a garden hose, we did NOT put chlorine bleach in our water and yet I survived\u2026 makes you wonder doesn\u2019t it?<\/p>\n

Since chlorine bleach is a poison, as the bottle states, why would you want to drink it? or eat food that has has been bleached with it? Its not all natural.<\/h3>\n

Society has been programmed by a whole realm of people using media that we have to have the sanitized food, sanitized water, sanitized everything. The question becomes, when has it gone to far? For many years now the tide has slowly been changing as we have learned how bad all the processed food is for our health. All natural <\/em>is now an outright lie. Have you ever read some of the ingredients in the so called all natural <\/strong>foods?<\/p>\n

Now you hear and see the government telling the public that foods are not healthy for us. According to the government, raw milk will make you sick, \u00a0as you can read in this article, yet more and more people are moving toward milk and more. <\/em>In fact, as you can read in the article, there are even families that cross state lines to have the ability to buy raw milk. Why? because the government made a decision to ban it. I will say, that there is also a growing number of people challenging these laws that have\u00a0overburdened and actually put out of business many great dairy farmers. I used to buy my raw milk and cheese at a local dairy, they quit selling milk because of all the government mandates that makes it almost impossible to make a profit. These same government officials will allow milk brought into this country that has melemine\u00a0added to it.<\/p>\n

Milk is just the start, more and more families are getting away from store bought processed foods, getting away from all the processed foods and moving back to a life of all natural everything. More and more people have a garden, or are growing herbs, they are juicing, and even going to the extent of using non toxic, all natural homemade cleaners. There are even many home based business\u2019s as well as main stream\u00a0manufacturer\u2019s who are seeing the light and have moved toward more \u00a0all natural\u00a0<\/em>choices. The great news is, they sell!<\/p>\n

*Although this blog is not a company review, there have been a few companies out there that have touted and are touting products that have no harmful ingredients in them and are all natural. <\/span>\u00a0One of the longest standing is Amway, well known for its quality products. There are many others hitting the market as well, Sisel\u00a0has products that are soy free, paba free, aluminum free and lead free. Another company is\u00a0Essante. These are only three companies in the MLM<\/a> industry that are capitalizing on the move that many people are taking to a more all natural <\/strong>life. There are many more.<\/p>\n

One of the problems I have with some of the MLM companies that are moving to the all natural world, is the fact that their products are not all natural. The same goes with many of the major brands in stores, it seems somewhere along the line, someone redefined the meaning of \u00a0all natural. Make sure you read labels and check the product fully before making a purchase. There are many things hidden in products these days that may be all natural, and have also been proven to cause illness. One great example is the use of sucralose and soy isolate. Again, make sure you read the ingredients and do your own research before you decide on a product.<\/p>\n

There are many products out there that you may not think could be harmful to your system. Things like toothpaste, shampoo, lotions, household cleaners as well as food. Another item that has been in the news a whole lot as of late are vaccines. There is more and more solid evidence that the harmful ingredients in vaccines has caused an alarming rise in debilitating and life threatening diseases to our children. I learned this first hand when my youngest daughter was diagnosed with leukemia at the age of 5. The very first thing the doctors said, was NO MORE VACCINES! needless to say, she is now a healthy 22 year old and has not had ANY shots, nor can she.<\/p>\n

This past year there was a big buz going around about getting flue shots,, hello! have you read how much mercury is in these? if not do so now. Not to mention the fact that your not allowing your body to build up its own immune system. Soon we will all need to live in a plastic bubble<\/p>\n

What is the bottom line about all natural<\/span>? read your labels, do your homework, and if you can, get away or start moving away from processed foods. Get back to the basics in the food pyramid and grow some of your own fruits and veggies! do research on the meat you buy. Where does it come from, how was it raised. Every town has a local butcher, check it out! Look into making your own house cleaners using lemon juice and vinegar. Ladies, get away from makeup that has\u00a0para-bans\u00a0and lead, you can look at some of the mineral cosmetics from the companies listed above.<\/h3>\n
