\"\"<\/span>There are many different ways you can groom your cockapoo. There are fluffly longer cuts, shorter cuts, cuts with short body hair and big fluffy heads.<\/p>\n

I personally like the all -around medium cut. Usually right after I groom my cockapoo he\u2019s quite strange looking. I mean he has skinny little legs and the curves of his body are very noticable. But after about 2 weeks he\u2019s just right. A little fluffier and well rounded. \":)\"<\/p>\n

Cockapoo Teddy Bear Cut\u00a0<\/strong>
\nThis style can be achieved using either clippers or scissors, however\u00a0to achieve\u00a0the longer length teddy bear look scissors would be recommended. This style is fairly full in length and appearance,\u00a0which gives a rounded teddy bear look with a reliantly thick coat,\u00a0however it is much more practical then the natural unclipped style. The legs will remain quite thick and the ears are cut to a rounded shape too. The length of the cut can differ and this is mainly due to the owner\u2019s preference.<\/p>\n

Cockapoo Puppy Cut<\/strong>
\nThe puppy cut\u00a0style can be approximately 1 to 2.5 Inches in length and gives a slightly scruffy look,\u00a0therefore it doesn\u2019t need to be too perfect. It can be as long or short as you like to suit your dog\u2019s coat. The length of the coat is basically the same length all over and the legs remain quite full in appearance, with\u00a0a general tidy up cut around the muzzle and ear area. The puppy cut look may be considered in between\u00a0the teddy bear and lamb cut, as the teddy bear cut\u00a0can be full and the lamb cut is usually quite short.\u00a0\u00a0This cut can be a little bit scruffy too which can really shows off the lovely texture of the\u00a0Cockapoo coat.<\/p>\n

Cockapoo Lamb Cut<\/strong>
\nThe lamb cut is a popular cut for Poodles and can be quite a short cut. The body is usually cut\u00a0short with the muzzle, face and feet cut fairly short too. The length can differ to suit your dogs coat texture, but generally this cut gives the overall look of a lamb, hence the name. This cut is generally a little neater and shorter than the puppy cut.<\/p>\n

Cockapoo Natural Look<\/strong>
\nAn uncut Cockapoo has a very natural look and although the coat can be uncut or unclipped. There may be\u00a0a small amount of trimming necessary for hygiene and practical reasons. A natural look trim can be done using scissors and although the body length is grown to full length, trimming around the eyes, ears, tail, paws and possibly undercarriage may be necessary. This style will require regular brushing and combing to prevent matting.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Here\u2019s a pic from Google images. You\u2019ll see longer ears, shorter ears, , skinny legs, fluffly legs\u2026.on and on. It\u2019s really a matter of preference.<\/p>\n

No matter what way you look at it, cockapoo grooming styles<\/strong> are ones you can make your own and the dogs are cute no matter how you clip them. \":)\"<\/p>\n
