Why are so many Affiliates leaving Talk Fusion? I can only answer that question from my point of view, and from my experience. Over 90% of my down line has left Talk Fusion. First, allow me to give you a little of my background. 20 years ago I had a little network marketing stint with a company you may have heard of; Herbalife. That was before online marketing and computers were such an integral part of the game!

Fast forward 15 years and enter MonaVie. My wife and I were re-introduced to Network Marketing with a team of wonderful people. We truly learned what “Relationship Marketing” was all about. After a few years of building in MonaVie, we saw the trend begin to shift towards global, virtual, digital products that require no shipping or customs and have a low monthly affiliate requirement. That is when we were introduced to Talk Fusion.

Our Talk Fusion Business grew in short order as we had a team of people in place that were ready for a change, and saw potential immediately. I have to say, I met some great people while building my Talk Fusion business. Our problem or concern came from a corporate level more than anything else.

My team had expressed individually (many times over) that they were unhappy with the customer service at Talk Fusion. They said that sometimes it went fine and they were helpful, while other times they could not believe how rude and even insulting they were. I tried to assure them that it was probably just a bad day and encourage them to put it behind them, but it seemed to be a continuing complaint.

I was able to see firsthand what they meant when I wrote a letter to support about a video newsletter that I saw online. My letter told them that I found a video newsletter online that was just like the newsletter that Talk Fusion was soon to release. I’m sure there were a few little differences, but it was very much the same. I even included the link to the video newsletter. It was from a company called Get Response. I gave the link and suggested that maybe we should tailor our claim that Talk Fusion is coming out with the world first video newsletter. Clearly there already was one. Little did I know at that time there were many! The response from support came back and they said, ”Respectfully, that in no way is a video newsletter” I replied that it certainly was. You can drop pictures and videos into place and click and drag, and track your emails, and use pre-designed templates etc.. I told them that you can’t just say it’s not, and make it not. Their response was that their answer remained the same, end of story.

You see, There you have the first issue. Talk Fusion does not, and did not have the world’s first video newsletter. Not by a long shot. There were others in use almost a full year ahead of the Talk Fusion product offer. When it was brought to their attention, they did not care and continued to falsely claim first to market.

2nd, If you search the internet you will find numerous posts about credit card mishandling. I can’t speak for all of the people that I read about online, but I can give you a snapshot of my experience. I want to say that I am not accusing Talk Fusion of doing anything wrong, or illegal at all. I am sharing with you a common thread. My daughter, who was a Talk Fusion associate called me and told me that her credit card (and her husbands card) was compromised. Two days later she had received a call from her sister saying that her card was compromised. She told me that both of the cards were the cards they use for their Talk Fusion auto-ship. I told her that it was probably a coincidence. Two weeks later, one of my cards was compromised and soon after, so was another of my cards that guess what… both were used for Talk Fusion auto-ship. So I decided that it was time to write another email to support at Talk Fusion. This was the week before Christmas. I told them about the four credit card issues and that the only common thread was a Talk Fusion auto-ship. I did mention that I had to wait for the money to be returned to my card and had to file a report with the police etc, and asked what I should do about Christmas shopping without that money or that card. I also asked why did Talk Fusion NOT tell anyone what was going on. Why was there Not a notification telling their hard working Affiliates to keep an eye out for a possible problem. Another classic response from Talk Fusion came back to me stating, – Tyler, Do not send disrespectful and ignorant letters to Talk Fusion ever again.

So let me get this straight… I am a victim of credit card fraud, and when I ask about it I am told not to send disrespectful, ignorant emails? Clearly you can see that Talk Fusion customer support does not care, and don’t bring your stupid concerns to the corporate office! Customer support is an extension from the top.

I continued to look into this issue and I have texted, emailed and spoke directly with numerous affiliates who told me that they had a credit card compromised in the last few months. These were not limited to the U.S. I found issues reported from other countries as well. When I asked them if it happened to be the card they used for Talk Fusion, the answer was YES, Yes, Yes, and so on.. I want to reiterate that I am not accusing Talk Fusion of any wrong doing involving credit cards. I am simply stating that I found a common thread and when I brought it to their attention I was called ignorant and disrespectful. As I searched the internet, I was amazed at how many postings I found on this matter.

Since that time, I have seen multitudes of people leave Talk Fusion. I know that the team I worked hard to put into place for the most part has left. The bottom has fallen out of my Talk Fusion business. One more surprise came along. I just had another credit card blocked for use. I had to call them because they noted unusual activity. I was able to stop the charges, but I had to close the card and have another sent out. While I had her on the phone I asked if I had used that card for Talk Fusion in the past. She said yes, back in July of 2012. Another common thread is all I’m saying.

There is a lot more that I have found and heard about through my research, but I choose to simply stick with my own experience and share that. If you are considering joining Talk Fusion, I will tell you to research the heck out of it before you decide to join. It was not a good experience for me.

I am thankful that I had other irons in the fire as this could have been devastating to have all but a couple of my team leave. Our team is happy and active in a new home where we are treated with respect and ethics are paramount!

Great Question!
