Hello<\/p>\n
My name is Leonard Jessie Creel Jr and I\u2019m from a small town outside of Baltimore, MD.<\/p>\n
I used to be a guitar builder and a musician, but making guitars didn\u2019t work out, and neither did playing them. \u00a0So I went through a period of frustration and confusion and all this happened while I was starting a family.<\/p>\n
I got married and had a daughter.\u00a0 While my wife was pregnant I went through a couple different sales organizations.\u00a0 I chose the profession because I didn\u2019t need a formal education to work and succeed like the people who were making all the money.<\/p>\n
But, I had no clue what I was doing.\u00a0 I frustrated and angered the people I worked for, and had difficulties selling anything.<\/p>\n
Although I didn\u2019t completely realize it at the time, I was going through a transformation.\u00a0 I still felt as if f I could just figure out things a little more that I would be able to sell more stuff. And I had to figure out how to sell more stuff so I could afford to give my wife and my family the life they deserve, no matter what happened.<\/p>\n
So I went about the business of figuring out what I was going to do.\u00a0 I tried a few more sales positions but I struggled.\u00a0 Looking back on this, this is what I can tell you that might save you some of the hardships I went through.<\/p>\n
First, no one had ever explained to me about the concept of being \u201call in\u201d.<\/p>\n
One of the positions I held was exclusively on the road.\u00a0 It was a traveling job.\u00a0 I would go from town to town staying in hotel rooms, and I would go to the appointments in that town set for me by the company.<\/p>\n
I remember looking at my bank account and things were getting nearer and nearer to have no resources to even continue to drive from town to town.\u00a0 Right as I was about to bottom out I made a sale.\u00a0 And then I made another one.<\/p>\n
I was about 6 thousand dollars richer because I made the decision to keep going.<\/p>\n
I hadn\u2019t realized it at the time, but just<\/b> by continuing to do the things it takes to have success, by going \u201call in\u201d in your yourself and in your business, you can have success.<\/p>\n
Being All In is also more than just financial.\u00a0 It takes the kind of will akin to that of the sun coming up in the morning.\u00a0 It takes a mental an emotional and yes, even a spiritual commitment that money is a good thing and that you are living your life on purpose.<\/p>\n
