Measuring ROI only gives part of the story when it comes to measuring the full impact of social media. However, here are some good reasons to measure social media ROI:<\/p>\n

1. Business people think in terms of ROI.
\n2. It gives a way to evaluate results.
\n3. It shows whether the resources allocated to it are justified.
\n4. You justify expanding efforts without knowing ROI.
\n5. You need to evaluate the impact of small changes.<\/p>\n
