{"id":93,"date":"2013-02-20T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2013-02-20T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/empowernetwork.com\/inmypjsworking\/how-to-boost-your-self-confidence\/"},"modified":"2026-07-30T18:23:22","modified_gmt":"2026-07-30T18:23:22","slug":"how-to-boost-your-self-confidence","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/empowernetwork.com\/inmypjsworking\/how-to-boost-your-self-confidence\/","title":{"rendered":"How To Boost Your Self Confidence\u2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>How To Boost Your Self Confidence\u2026<\/h2>\n<p><span>I came across this picture yesterday &amp; a wonderful idea came to mind. \u00a0Then today, this hangout on <u>Self Confidence<\/u> (below) was done. \u00a0Both of which go hand in hand.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>If you have read my \u201cAbout Me\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/empowernetwork.com\/blogging\/\">blog post<\/a> then you know that I come from a very bad childhood, which has cause my <em>self confidence<\/em> level to almost be\u00a0nonexistent\u00a0for most of my life. \u00a0Again, don\u2019t misinterpret this message, I\u2019m NOT looking for pity or for people to feel sorry for me. \u00a0I\u2019m here to help other\u2019s get past some of their problems, while helping myself get through them also.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The thought that came to mind when I first saw this picture is that we could do the following\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Get a bunch of various colored balloons &amp; a package of red one\u2019s too.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>On the various colored one\u2019s write down the feelings that you <strong>WANT<\/strong> to feel, things you want to remember, &amp; memories you want to hold onto. \u00a0(Fill these up with helium first then write on them. \u00a0Don\u2019t use red one\u2019s.)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>On the red one\u2019s write down the feelings you want to get rid of, the things you don\u2019t want to remember, the things that haunt you &amp; keep you from being happy. \u00a0(<strong>ADD<\/strong> confetti to these &amp; then fill these up with helium then write on them last.)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span>Now if you look up you will see all the feelings you want to get rid of, things you don\u2019t want to remember, the things that haunt you &amp; keep you from being happy. \u00a0Above these are the colorful one\u2019s that will make you happy.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>How To Boost Your Self Confidence\u2026<\/h3>\n<p><span>Now here\u2019s what you need to do\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Grab a needle, pencil, or anything sharp.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Find one of the red balloons that you really need to let go of. \u00a0(Don\u2019t grab it, leave it above you. \u00a0Make sure you position yourself right below it.)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Take a deep breathe\u2026<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>And stab that balloon with your sharp object while exhaling!<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>And watch it rain confetti on you! \u00a0You have now celebrated letting go of that feeling, thing, or haunt.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span>Do the same thing for each of the rest of the red balloons!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Doesn\u2019t it feel great to stab it, \u00a0let go, to celebrate your new freedom from this?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Now you are left with a bunch of colorful balloons with happy thoughts, feelings, &amp; memories. \u00a0Keep those up there so it\u2019s a constant reminder of your happiness.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>You\u2019ll wake up &amp; see these colorful balloons with these happy thoughts, feelings, &amp; memories each &amp; every day!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Pretty cool idea huh? \u00a0And besides who doesn\u2019t like a little party from time to time?? \u00a0\ud83d\ude42<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Plus, by letting go of all the bad things (Self Forgiveness) you are also increasing your own <strong>Self Confidence<\/strong>!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>And that, in my book, is always a great thing! \u00a0\ud83d\ude42<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Need more inspiration? \u00a0Click on any of the pictures on this blog post &amp; you will see a video of someone who has over come their fears &amp; is now living the life they want. \u00a0Each picture tells a different story. \u00a0The picture below is one picture which would be a great background for your computer (it also has a video if you click on it)! \u00a0(Right click any picture to save it.)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>If you enjoyed this post, leave me a comment below, \u201clike\u201d it, share it!\u00a0 You know the drill!<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span>If you want to be self confident while making money from home like me, then click on the \u201cTake Action Get Started Now\u201d picture below <span><strong>NOW<\/strong><\/span> &amp; join me in working from home!
