Today’s quote of the day<\/strong><\/u>\u00a0touches on a topic I absolutely love.\u00a0<\/p>\n Freedom<\/strong><\/u>.<\/p>\n What is freedom<\/u> to YOU?<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n How do you define freedom<\/u><\/strong>?<\/p>\n I have a rather simplistic definition of freedom<\/u> that I hold dear. It may be a bit idealistic, but it’s my story and I’m sticking to it….<\/p>\n Freedom, to me, is the ability for me to do what I want, when I want, with whom I want.\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n That definition, although appearing simplistic, is the best way for me to define freedom in a way that embodies my ultimate goal in life.\u00a0<\/p>\n You may define freedom in another way and that is totally fine. It’s a free country….<\/p>\n Or is it?<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n Though many of us are living lives with some degree of freedom, how many of us are actually living freely as embodied in the definition of freedom I just shared?<\/p>\n I’d venture to guess that a low percentage of us do.\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n Is my vision for freedom unrealistic? Is it impossible for one to live life in that way?<\/p>\n We do have to be “reasonable” after all, right?<\/p>\n Is freedom, as I define it, a pipe dream only those with their heads in the clouds aspire to?<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n Maybe I should keep my feet on solid ground and realize that my definition of freedom is unattainable and set a more realistic goal. Right?<\/p>\n Nah, I’ll pass….I rather stick to my guns.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n Why, you ask?<\/p>\n Because there are many people who ARE living life in that way.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n And they’re living that life because they first believed<\/strong><\/u> that life was possible. Then, because of they held that vision for their life, they sought out opportunities (or attracted them) which allowed them to pursue that vision.\u00a0<\/p>\n And they didn’t quit until their faith-backed action got them to their destination.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n So, do YOU think freedom is possible for you? Or have you resigned to a life of servitude?<\/strong><\/p>\n I’ve made my decision.
