How One Simple Word Can Change your Life<\/h2>\n

Once again I speak from experience\u2026. \u00a0Really, I\u2019ve been there<\/span><\/p>\n


\n.. head down, <\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n


\n\u2026.heart pounding, <\/span><\/em><\/p>\n


\n\u2026.feeling insecure, <\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

the wall flower,<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

\u2018Everyone is looking at Me!!<\/strong>\u2018<\/span><\/p>\n

and not feeling good about it\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n

then I realised\u2026 \u2018How One Simple Word Can Change your Life<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n


\nAttitude<\/em><\/strong> really is Everything in Life..<\/span><\/p>\n

as well as the fact that \u2018Its Really Not All About You\u2019\u2026.<\/span><\/p>\n

I mean come on \u2013 people are not looking at you all the time<\/span><\/p>\n

they are soo busy with their own lives\/problems etc..<\/span><\/p>\n

Im not sure when my attitude changed..however it did..and it just got better and better\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n


\nIt can make All the difference between happiness and sadness\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n


\nI apologise \u2013 I confess I have blogged \u2018a bit\u2019 about this \u2013 however there is a good reason\u2026<\/span> its something I feel So passionate about\u2026.<\/span><\/p>\n


\nMy attitude was not good when I was young –<\/span><\/p>\n


\nYes I achieved ALL my goals<\/span><\/p>\n

and wow when I realised that \u2013 did I celebrate it !! ..<\/span><\/p>\n


\nHowever, I was feeling like the \u2018victim\u2019\u2026 half the time\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n


\nSo when I see people who inspire me, I just have to share it\u2026 via blogging<\/a>..<\/span><\/p>\n

How We React to everything \u2013 Attitude\u2026<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

I have been staying with my mother for the last few months \u2013 she is Amazing..
\nshe is 82 and Yes I\u2019m proud to say that.. because she is frankly amazing for 82<\/span><\/p>\n

although she has a \u2018thing\u2019 about it \u2013 personally I think when you get to your 80\u2019s its like<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2018wow I\u2019m in my 80s.. how good am I\u2019.. <\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n


\nI shall certainly be waving that flag when and yes I say When<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

and again thats<\/span> attitude\u2026<\/strong><\/span><\/em>.How One Simple Word Can Change Your Life<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n


\nI\u2019m not a fitness freak by any means\u2026 however I do \u2018endeavour\u2019 to keep fit.. I walk \u2018most days\u2019\u2026 when I was back in New Zealand I was doing Bikram<\/strong> Yoga 3-5 times a week –<\/span><\/p>\n

(and yes 80 year old\u2019s do bikram do)\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n


\nI LOVED it\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n


\nSo with<\/span> that said \u2018I am trying to get my mother fitter\u2019.. I KNOW that if she is fitter,<\/span><\/p>\n

she can live longer\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n


\nNo I\u2019m not trying to get her to do a marathon<\/span><\/p>\n

Then I saw this\u2026. this Amazing lady.. I have seen elderly people at my yoga\u2026..<\/span><\/p>\n


\n\u2026\u2026and boy that is Challenging 90 minutes in a hot room,<\/span><\/p>\n


\n\u2026..trying to do the poses,<\/span><\/p>\n

which I struggle with in my 50\u2019s\u2026so hot yoga for someone older than 70 is a Major accomplishment in my book \u2013 as is this amazing woman\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n

Then there is Nick and Sean\u2026who I have blogged about before What the world Needs Now with Nick Vujicic\u2026. Nick was born without arms and legs..<\/span><\/p>\n

and yet look at him now\u2026 the same for Sean,<\/span><\/p>\n

born with a brittle bone disease..and yes I know I\u2019ve blogged about them before.. because they inspire me soo much<\/span>..<\/p>\n


\nI confess I get so cross\/frustrated \u2013 when people define themselves by \u2018their age\u2019 or \u2018their size\u2019..<\/span><\/p>\n

its called being a victim..and yes I WAS one of those when I was younger, and hence my passion<\/p>\n

to help others \u2013 push through theirs and become Victors instead \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n


\nI don\u2019t see that 86 year old lady being a \u2018victim\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n

or the little goat \u2018hey Im only a little goat, what can I do\u2019..<\/span><\/p>\n


\nYou Can Do Anything \u2013 The Choice is Yours\u2026<\/span><\/em>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
