I\u2019m fifty nine years old and an owner of a typical brick and mortar business. I have been in the auto glass business for thirty years. I remember thinking when I started about all my friends. What they were doing for a living and even back just that few years ago (ha ha) people and employers were different. They had a sense of loyalty.
