We all know there are various emotions we feel in our lives but did you know that the ones you feel most, the ones you focus on most, are the ones creating the life you experience.<\/p>\n

I imagine I don\u2019t have to tell you about the negative emotions most of experience on a daily basis. \u00a0According to \u201cThink and Grow Rich\u201d by Napoleon Hill<\/p>\n

\u201cthe negatives voluntarily inject themselves into the thought impulses, which insure passage into the subconscious mind. The positives must be injected\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\u201cThe subconscious mind is more susceptible to influence by impulses of thought mixed with \u201cfeeling\u201d or emotion than those originating solely in the reasoning portion of the mind.<\/p>\n

It is a well known fact that \u00a0emotion or feeling rules the majority of people. (Think and Grow Rich)<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

What if we could transform negative emotions<\/strong> in positive ones? What would that do in our subconscious mind?<\/h2>\n

Take Anger for example\u2026<\/p>\n

\n

\u00a0\u2019if you accept anger and use its energy creatively, it releases great vitality and passion in you. Then you are not standing back from life, afraid you might explode, but you can enjoy being in the thick of things, involved in the whole rich dance of life.<\/p>\n

Rejecting anger, recoiling from your own energy, you are rejecting the possibility of being vital. You will be dull. Similarly if you reject sadness, you will not have any depth. Your laughter will be shallow, because it will just be on the surface.<\/p>\n

When we reject parts of ourselves, because they don\u2019t fit with some ideal we have created, they don\u2019t fit with the image we have manufactured for ourselves, then we become phony. And afraid of life.<\/p>\n

When we don\u2019t reject anything, all energies are ours, we are enriched. Then we have tremendous energy. And that tremendous energy is a delight.\u201d (SOURCE<\/a>)<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

I have actually experienced this myself in my life a couple of times. \u00a0I thought it was odd, but I see now that maybe I simple chose to channel that energy of being angry by putting it into something creative instead.<\/p>\n

When I was a Police Officer, I was working as a detective in an office. As one might imagine in a male dominated profession, there are some men that have their opinions of females, \u00a0especially female officers.<\/p>\n

Well I had the fortune of encountering a supervisor that did not hide his feelings well and he told me smugly one day \u201cnothing you say matters unless you have stripes or bars.\u201d<\/p>\n

That didn\u2019t sit too well with me and honestly, it pissed me off.<\/p>\n

So instead of allowing my anger at what he said affect me personally, I did the next best thing\u2026.<\/p>\n

I went about getting my stripes. lol \u00a0 (Promoted to Sergeant about 1 year after he said that to me)<\/p>\n

As I tested for the position, and especially when I got the promotion and was sent off to graveyard to my new squad of new officers, I wondered if I had done it for the wrong reason.<\/p>\n

Was it my ego that made me do it? \u00a0I don\u2019t know, but I can tell you this\u2026..as I went through the long, grueling study and testing process, I reflected on what he said many times and it gave me a fire and desire to succeed like nothing else!<\/p>\n

I often joke, that I should find him one day and thank him\u2026.if he hadn\u2019t been such a jerk, I probably never would have challenged myself to get out of my comfort zone.<\/p>\n

Creating LIFE Through the Power of Emotions<\/strong><\/h2>\n

I guess I\u2019ve grown up a little since that time in the story I shared above. \u00a0These days, I choose to focus on the positive emotions I feel and those that I want to feel and I focus on creating my perfect day, my perfect life<\/a>, by concentrating on the positive feelings like: Desire, Faith, Love, Sex, Enthusiasm, Romance, & Hope<\/strong>. You don\u2019t have to wait until your emotions are perfect to create the life you want!<\/h2>\n
