Money\u2026.<\/strong>
\n Can\u2019t wait\u2026<\/strong>
\n Get a good job\u2026<\/strong>
\n Get more pay\u2026<\/strong>
\n You\u2019re OK\u2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n

That\u2019s how the song \u201cMoney\u201d by Pink Floyd begins<\/strong><\/p>\n

Isn\u2019t that how most people\u2019s 45 year plan was laid out for them?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

In Robert Kiyosaki<\/em>\u2018s life-changing (for me<\/span>) work \u201cRich Dad Poor Dad<\/span>\u201d he describes \u201csuccessful\u201d Poor Dad\u2019s life plan as<\/strong><\/p>\n

Go To School<\/strong>
\n Get Good Grades<\/strong>
\n Get a Good Job<\/strong>
\n Work Hard<\/strong>
\n Retire<\/strong>
\n Get A Pension<\/strong>
\n Die<\/strong><\/p>\n

All his working life he had sold his time for money.\u00a0 Yet somehow, it seems that, <\/strong>for him, as for many, there was always more month than money! <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

So how are things right now. According to a Career Builder.com<\/em> survey from April 12, 2011 \u201cSix in 10 workers<\/span> say that they are living paycheck to paycheck<\/span>\u201c. Sound familiar?<\/span> <\/strong> <\/p>\n

So, tired of the \u201crat-race\u201d, what do you do?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

You go into business for yourself.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

You are worth more than your Company is willing to pay you, right?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

You have the spirit of an entrepreneur, right?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

You want to be in control of your income, right?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Ask yourself<\/strong><\/p>\n

Are you in control of your income?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Be honest with yourself<\/strong><\/p>\n

Are you in control of your income?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Here\u2019s the rub<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you are self-employed in any way<\/strong><\/p>\n

You are! \u2013 in control of your income, that is.<\/strong><\/p>\n


\nWhat does that mean?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

If\u00a0 your\u00a0 income is not where it needs to be for you to be profitable<\/span> you need to look in the mirror and ask yourself some key questions:

\n Am I waiting for someone else to create sales pieces?<\/strong><\/span>
\n Am I waiting for other people to recruit others?<\/strong><\/span>
\n Am I in a deadly waiting game?<\/strong><\/span>
\n Are my daily disciplines, disciplines of doership?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Be honest with yourself.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Why is this?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

If you are experiencing problems<\/span> it is probably because you are working with too few a number.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Admit it<\/span>, You cannot \u201clove\u201d people into action.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Recognize<\/span>,<\/span> You can control your process.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Take Action<\/span>\u2026. Daily<\/strong><\/p>\n

You control<\/span>, how many people you reach with your message.<\/strong><\/p>\n

You control<\/span>, how many ads you place.<\/strong><\/p>\n

You control<\/span>, How many postcards you mail.<\/strong><\/p>\n

You Control \u2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yes, YOU!<\/strong><\/p>\n

A mentor empowerer once told me:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Always remember that the \u201cshy\u201d entrepreneur has skinny kids! )<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

As humans, we<\/strong><\/p>\n

are creatures of habit,<\/strong><\/p>\n
