When I first heard and used affirmations<\/strong>, I thought they would slowly seep into my reality and that miracles would just happen\u2026<\/p>\n

I used to say phrases like, \u201cI am rich!\u201d<\/strong><\/span> and \u201cMoney\u00a0 flows to me from expected and unexpected sources.\u201d\u00a0<\/strong> over and over knowing that I had to take action to make most of that true\u2026It didn\u2019t make sense but I still did it anyway\u2026<\/p>\n

It wasn\u2019t until I heard of afformations<\/strong> that I began to look at the difference\u2026I then discovered a book by Noah St. John and Denise Berard called \u201cThe Great Little Book of Afformations.\u201d<\/p>\n

What\u2019s the difference anyway?\u2026Let\u2019s take a look\u2026<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Affirmations \u2013 Defined<\/h2>\n

1.<\/strong> Affirmations<\/strong>\u00a0 \u2013 The act of affirming or the state of being affirmed; assertion. 2.<\/strong> Something declared to be true; a positive statement or judgment.<\/p>\n

So, if you declare something like being Rich when you are not, isn\u2019t that like lying to yourself?\u2026.Yes and No\u2026<\/p>\n

You are projecting Belief that something is true hopefully with the act of getting there\u2026<\/p>\n

This is seemingly becoming less effective\u2026<\/p>\n

So saying something like, \u201cI earn good money doing what I enjoy\u201d<\/span> is a little less targeted because the how part is neglected\u2026<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s take a look at why afformations is becoming more prevalent\u2026<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Afformations \u2013 Defined<\/h2>\n

The word afformations is considered to be a mispelling of affirmations and is not in the dictionary\u2026 I will provide an explanation\u2026<\/p>\n

Questioning things to be true instead of affirming them to be true initiates \u201cthe action response\u201d to what you want to be present in your life.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Example:<\/strong> \u201cWhy do I find it easy to be rich?\u201d\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

You\u00a0 immediately initiate an action response of how you will go about making it happen\u2026.This actually allows you to create thoughts and ideas to make way for what you want\u2026.becoming rich<\/span>\u2026<\/p>\n

Another Example:<\/strong> \u201cWhy does money flow to me from expected and unexpected sources?\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Well, this also initiates a reality of action\u2026You are creating ideas and actions of how and why money is flowing to you from different sources whether you create things or business relationships\u2026<\/p>\n

So, the bottom line is \u201c<\/strong>saying and doing\u201d<\/strong><\/span> puts your ideas and thoughts into reality by searching for positive solutions for what you desire and not just lying to yourself\u2026<\/p>\n

Nothing feels better than to have someone tell you how much of a difference you\u2019ve made in their lives only until you decide to take consistent action.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
