BAKING SODA.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Just how good do you think baking soda is for you?<\/p>\n

I don\u2019t know about you, but my whole life, my dad had always bought baking soda and said it leaves the fridge \u201cfresh\u201d, and he would always leave it in the fridge. Of course, I didn\u2019t really know OR care what he was actually talking about because before, I never really payed too much attention to health and all that good stuff. Anyway, based on my research, baking soda does have odor eliminating properties.<\/p>\n

BAKING SODA IS OLD SCHOOL.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Many people probably don\u2019t know this, but baking soda has been used for many generations. From tooth paste, to deodorizing, to shampoo, you name it. It has so many benefits, its ridiculous! So you can probably tell now, that baking soda goes waaaaaaay back\u2026<\/p>\n

THE BENEFITS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lets get down to the real business about baking soda. If you seriously care about your health, hopefully you already know\u00a0what type of stuff our modern toothpastes we buy at the markets have in it. A lot of the toothpastes we see nowadays might not be the best choice, since a large amount of fluoride is added into them. You should know that baking soda has been used as a natural, healthy toothpaste for generations. This is obvious due to the fact that it foams your mouth. You can add coconut oil in baking soda for a natural, organic toothpaste.<\/p>\n

The cool thing about baking soda is that you can use\u00a0it as a toothpaste AND a mouth freshener. By simply adding about a teaspoon of baking soda in a half glass of water, swirl it, swish it, spit, and rinse. In fact, now that I was writing that sentence, I went ahead and and did that right now. I now have a fresh mouth.<\/p>\n

ACNE<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yes. Yes indeed baking soda helps your acne. It exfoliates your skin, in fact, it is a strong exfoliate and leaves your skin nice. Its not just used for acne though\u2026 anybody can use it as a skin exfoliate.<\/p>\n

DEODORANT<\/strong><\/p>\n

Guess what? You can use this as a deodorant AS WELL! It neutralizes your body odor, so just simply pat baking soda under your arm pits and you\u2019ll be good. The power of nature, right?!<\/p>\n

HEARTBURN<\/strong><\/p>\n

Do you have heart burn, or acid reflux? Good news, cause baking soda is a safe and effective way to relieve your heart burn. My brother has heartburn at times, and baking soda helps it for him.<\/p>\n

USES FOR HAIR<\/strong><\/p>\n

Baking soda is an absolutely GREAT way to help remove residue from\u00a0hair products if you like to style your hair. By \u00a0simply adding a bit of baking soda into your shampoo will keep your hair cleaner and manageable. My brothers and I often style our hair and we\u2019ll be trying this now, so we\u2019ll be sure to let you know about the results in the future. For shinier hair, add 1 teaspoon of baking soda in your brush comb and add warm water. Brush your hair with it, rinse, and dry. And VOILA.<\/p>\n

CLEANING PURPOSES<\/strong><\/p>\n

The cool thing about baking soda is, that you can use it to clean the whole HOUSE. Now this is where moms come in\u2026 lol. Anyway, it works great for removing oil and grease stains, cleaning ovens, silverware, floors, microwaves, furniture, cars, hand wash dishes, pots and pans, you can even use it as a laundry detergent! Isn\u2019t that insane?! But the list goes on. Since my cousin is SUCH a clean freak, I think I\u2019m gonna mention baking soda to him the next time I see him. Lol.<\/p>\n

NATURAL FIRE EXTINGUISHER<\/strong><\/p>\n

As crazy as it sounds, but baking soda can be used for putting out fires. WOW. When baking soda is heated, it gives out carbon dioxide, and smothers flames. This is cool.<\/p>\n

Well\u2026 there you have it. There are much much MUCH more benefits other than the ones i stated, but I just wanted to state the top baking soda everyday-usages.
