    What is Facebook REALLY about?<\/h3>\n

    Think about it \u2013 it may seem simplistic but Facebook is name FACEbook.<\/p>\n

    It\u2019s about FACES. It\u2019s about people. It\u2019s about human connection.<\/p>\n

    People LOVE seeing pictures of other people \u2013 they love getting to know them, they love stories and love learning about others.<\/p>\n

    Facebook is literally a \u2018people watching\u2019 site.<\/p>\n

    So, one thing I have tested and realized over time, is we ALWAYS get way more engagement and interaction on posts ABOUT us, and even more so on posts that have pictures of us!<\/p>\n

    Now, this doesn\u2019t mean EVERY post has to have that, but sprinkling in a few posts with FACE pictures as well as stories, will help you increase reach and engagement.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    Since I love to experiment and constantly test things, I am always testing different features, and one thing I have noticed that has helped us dramatically increase reach and engagement is using as many of Facebook\u2019s options as possible.<\/p>\n

    They are there for a reason.<\/p>\n

    Facebook gives you options like uploading videos (which is a HUGE way to increase your traffic and reach), posting multiple photos (the more people \u2018click\u2019 on your posts, the more reach you will get), using the tagging option, and celebrating milestones, just to name a few.<\/p>\n

    Just incorporating the ones listed above \u2013 which VERY FEW people actually use \u2013 you will see an almost immediate increase in your reach because Facebook WANTS you to utilize ALL of its options.<\/p>\n

    Test out the different post \u2018Types\u2019, and really dig into what Facebook offers and you will begin to see your engagement and reach increase.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
