A Mind Once Expanded\u2026<\/h2>\n

Do you agree with the quote:\u00a0\u201cIf you\u2019re not growing, you\u2019re dying?\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

It is so easy to let the days slip past \u2013 let each moment by and not be present in the moment.<\/p>\n

We are thinking, or rather a lot of the time\u00a0worrying<\/em> of what may happen \u2013 stressed about our situations and circumstances \u2013 reacting to those around us, and really not listening to that voice within us.<\/p>\n

The voice that scares us; makes us uncomfortable; makes us feel\u00a0bad<\/em> that we should want to listen to this voice.<\/p>\n

The voice that tells us to embrace our deepest desires \u2013 our dreams that were taken, forgotten or moulded into something others want of us.<\/p>\n

And we continue to live \u2013 time keeps passing and we forget we only have one life.<\/p>\n

We forget that we have so much potential; we have this\u00a0greatness within us.<\/strong>
\n<\/em><\/p>\n

We suppress it; we destroy it; we look to others to give us guidance; we acquiesce.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

We accept our fate; we buy into the \u201creality\u201d around us \u2013 but we still feel that hunger deep within for happiness, for living a truly lived life.<\/em><\/p>\n

We want more\u00a0passion.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

We want more\u00a0enthusiasm.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

We want more strength.<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n

We want more\u00a0energy.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

We want more\u00a0life.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

A Mind Once Expanded\u2026<\/h2>\n

Let me tell you something true\u2026<\/p>\n

If I tell you, that I have experienced\u00a0massive<\/em> change in my life because I took action on that voice\u2026<\/p>\n

If I tell you, that I have met many others who have done the same\u2026<\/p>\n

If I tell you, that you should literally stop right now and ask yourself,<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat do I want?\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

You will do one of two things:<\/p>\n

you will\u00a0ignore me<\/em> or\u00a0you will make this a turning point by making a decision.<\/em><\/p>\n

See, a lot of people think that something incredible has to happen to make them change, and a lot of the time, it happens that something\u00a0unfortunate<\/em> has to happen for a person to \u00a0wake<\/em><\/b> up <\/em><\/strong>and realize that they have only\u00a0one life to live.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

But it doesn\u2019t have to be that way.<\/p>\n

In my case,\u00a0I was just sick and tired of being sick and<\/strong><\/em> tired.<\/strong><\/p>\n

If I tell you that I live on the beach in Costa Rica and do what I want daily, you will either believe me or you won\u2019t. OR you will say, \u201cthat\u2019s good for her, but she is different from me and I could never do that.\u201d<\/p>\n

The latter part of that makes me want to shake you.<\/p>\n

I am no different than you \u2013 no better, no worse.<\/p>\n

So, a mind once expanded can never contract again \u2013 in one way or another I have expanded your mind, but it\u2019s up to you what you do with this.<\/h3>\n
