One of the most valuable skills in the work place alone is communication<\/span>. <\/span><\/p>\n

Communication and the ability to communicate well with others are rated as the most important quality that employers want in their employees.<\/span><\/p>\n

In school you had a semester course of Speech, and that was it. Now suddenly, you realize that one semester doesn\u2019t adequately prepare you for the valuable verbal and communication skills you need in life.<\/span><\/p>\n

If that is one of the most valued skills in the workforce, why isn\u2019t Speech a mandate for every semester in High School as well as College?<\/span><\/p>\n

Think about it\u2026speech or communication should be required for four solid years, if it is that critical in the workforce; and it is!<\/span><\/p>\n

It takes practice, and actual study; study from observing others, critiquing their methods, modeling, and finally incorporating the new skill as your own.<\/span><\/p>\n
