Why is Mitt Romney<\/strong> failing to disclose what every other U.S. Presidential candidate has done since the beginning of time? Pressure from the Obama re-election campaign team seems to be working. A senior campaign adviser of Mitt Romney has stated that Romney plans to disclose his 2011 tax return by October 15, but no other tax returns.<\/strong><\/p>\n Mitt\u2019s wife Ann Romney<\/a>, defended their decision not to disclose any other tax returns<\/em> on\u00a0an interview with Natalie Morales for \u201cRock Center\u201d<\/a> with Brian Williams<\/a>.\u00a0\u201dHave you seen how we were attacked?, have you seen what\u2019s happened? We have been very\u00a0transparent to\u00a0what\u2019s legally required of us, but, the more we release the more we get attacked, the more \u00a0we get questioned, the more we get pushed, and so we have done what\u2019s legally required and so there will be no tax releases.\u201d<\/p>\n Congressman Paul Ryan<\/a>, now Mitt Romney\u2019s vice presidential man, released his 2010 and 2011 tax returns<\/span> this past Friday. While Romney claim he\u2019s never paid under 13.6%, Ryan\u2019s tax returns<\/span> proves he\u2019s paid a rate of 20%, likely a lot higher than Mitt Romney\u2019s.<\/p>\n Some wonder if this issue is being beat like a dead horse. The fact of the matter is, could you trust someone who doesn\u2019t provide something so simple as tax returns? While it may appear to be an October surprise, it certainly wont be considering the rich often pay little or nothing in income taxes.<\/p>\n So with an election in the horizon, this issue will not go away rest assured. It\u2019s just what President Obama<\/a> can count on in future debates. Romney has been known to engage in certain avoidance schemes with accounts in the Cayman Island and the Bahamas. This election could very well be decided on this issue alone.<\/p>\n At this point it\u2019s fair to say this race will not be as close as some may think. The recent rebuttal to these attacks are \u201clets talk about jobs\u201d but have yet to hear a plan coming from the Republicans on how this will happen.<\/p>\n If we don\u2019t see tax returns from the Romney camp, this election may very well be a sweep by President Obama<\/a>.<\/p>\nCould It be possible that they haven\u2019t paid any Tax Returns?<\/h2>\n
