In my reading this morning, I had one of those aha moments and wanted to share it with you how I see relating the Bible in business<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Please like, share and send this post to other like minded people you know!!<\/p>\n Remember when Jesus of Nazareth taught on the parable of the seed?<\/p>\n Let me outline what I finely got out of this parable!!\u00a0 And I am sure this isn\u2019t the only way this parable can be taken.<\/p>\n First there was seed that fell along the path and the birds ate it up<\/em>.\u00a0 Now this is like the people that hear a great opportunity but think it is either to good to be true or that they just don\u2019t want to listen.<\/p>\n Second there is when the seed falls on rocky places and it didn\u2019t have much soil and sprang up quickly because of the shallow soil then got scorched by the sun and withered<\/em>. \u2013 Basically no roots to stay strong.\u00a0 When people hear about a business opportunity they are exited and are ready to do what it takes to make it work for them.\u00a0 So when something that they perceive as hard comes up they quit.<\/p>\n I have heard Jim Rhon speak of this in relation to relating the Bible in Business<\/span> as well, but my light bulb didn\u2019t turn on for some reason.<\/p>\n Third is the seed that fell among the thorns which choked the plants so that they didn\u2019t bear grain.<\/em> \u2013 You know that the thorns can come in many disguises, for example: Good meaning family and friends that say you are crazy for trying to do a Business at home to make your life better, worries of life, finances\u2026.\u00a0 I am sure you can come up with more things that stop us from being fruitful.\u00a0 These are just a few that popped into my head. =)<\/p>\n Last is the seed that fell on good soil.\u00a0 This seed grew and produced a crop many times over. \u2013 <\/em>Now this refers to the leaders.\u00a0 Nothing will stop them when they set their intent and goals on something!\u00a0 When something comes up that they don\u2019t know how to do, they will either learn it or find someone that knows it.\u00a0 Quitting is not an option!!<\/p>\n Leaders are the proverbial lamp that gets put on the stand to show others the way.\u00a0 The\u00a0 way that when you set a specific intent and goal that you\/others can do it as well!!<\/p>\n Leaders do the uncomfortable until it becomes comfortable.\u00a0 I once thought that I needed to know how to do everything for others to follow me.\u00a0 NOT TRUE, I just needed to jump in and get started!!\u00a0 The people that follow you are the same ones that need to know that you are authentic and fallible.<\/p>\n So basically any thing you see a leader do be it host a webinar, talk to a group of people, get out on a stage and look\u00a0 comfortable doing it.
