Session summaries will be distributed to attendees at the event.<\/p>\n The possessory title documentation session will identify the various steps in the process and the information that needs to be gathered. Ian will present examples of applications that have gone astray for one reason or another, including surveys that did not meet the legislative criteria.<\/p>\n The strata schemes session will identify the process from concept to registration ~ especially what can go wrong and why. It will also cover staged development schemes and progressive development. Ian works with developers and bodies corporate on numerous strata schemes ~ often being engaged when existing schemes have lost direction.<\/p>\n The final plans & schedules of easements session will focus on the nexus between those two documents. What goes into a schedule of easements and why. What easements and covenants need to be created, brought forward or removed.
