If you\u2019re anything like me, music is a very important part of your life. Music, for many, calms and soothes our inner spirit. Even as young children, we like to hear simple melodies. There\u2019s no doubt that a terrific piece of music is the best form of art. And the best songs, in my opinion, are those with a terrific guitar solo somewhere in the middle.<\/p>\n
There are many styles of music, but this article will stay within the boundaries of classic rock \u2013 music made using the electric guitar, to be precise. There\u2019s no instrument in the world like the electric guitar, and many great guitarists over the past 50 years have accomplished a new form of reaching out to their audience with feeling and emotion through their instrument.<\/p>\n
The list below is simply a top ten of the songs with the best guitar solo (in no particular order) which have made it to this blog writer\u2019s ears. I\u2019m talking about the best guitar solo<\/strong> (s) which are played with feeling and seem to convey theplayer\u2019s deepest emotions. A medley the Late, Great Stevie Ray Vaughan \u2013 Frankly, this guy is one of the best ever\u2026<\/p>\n 8. Joe Satriani \u2013 Surfing with the Aliens has a sound of it\u2019s own. Not quite deep and heart-felt, but great nonetheless.<\/p>\n 7. Here\u2019s Jimi Hendrx Mesmerizing the crowds for a full 7 minutes<\/p>\n 6. Mark Knopfler \u2013 Sultans of Swing \u2013 Unmistakably one of the best.<\/p>\n 5. Here\u2019s Steve Vai doing his thing\u2026 Another of the greatest.<\/p>\n 5. Eddie Van Halen, but not for the crazy Eruption song. We\u2019re looking for tunes with Heart and soul here\u2026 BTW, Eddie<\/p>\n should probably be in the top three, but he\u2019s usually always in number 5 position, so that\u2019s where he is\u2026lol.<\/p>\n 4. Randy Rhodes \u2013 Mr. Crowley. Even if you don\u2019t like Ozzy, you\u2019ve got admit that this is one the most heart-felt guitar<\/p>\n playing and one of the Best Guitar Solo of all time.<\/p>\n 3. Alex Lifeson playing his heart out with La Villa Strangiato<\/p>\n 2. Jimi Page playing Stairway. OMG\u2026 I didn\u2019t put Stairway in position #1\u2026 recording.<\/p>\n 1. Okay \u2013 there\u2019s two songs in positio # 1 because I couldn\u2019t decide. Sue Me. And leave your vote below\u2026<\/p>\n Slash \u2013 November Rain in the race for Best Guitar Solo of all time.<\/p>\n David Gilmour \u2013 Tough to pick just one, he turns out a killer every time, but this is one of his best guitar solo ever.<\/p>\n Remember, this but is just my opinion of the<\/p>\n ever.
