We live fulltime in our RV a little different from the norm . . . we live in our pickup camper on the banks of the Missouri River.<\/p>\n
We\u2019re not the normal fulltime rvers \u2013 we\u2019re not 65 years old \u2013 we\u2019re not waiting for retirement to live our dream.<\/strong><\/p>\n Even living fulltime in a pickup camper is different from the fulltime rving norm.\u00a0 The majority of full time rvers pull a fifth wheel or drive a huge Class A motorhome and are snowbirds.<\/p>\n simply living simply.<\/p>\n Choosing where we want to live . . . no schedule, no destination \u2013 just the open road and the discoveries along the way.<\/p>\n Our routine is different from the norm, too . . . it\u2019s a slower pace.<\/strong><\/p>\n Without all the usual \u201cstuff\u201d to clean and maintain and distract, we have more time to let the day unfold on its own terms.<\/p>\n We have more time<\/strong> to sit quietly watching the sun give birth to a new day \u2013 as a blanket of gold saturates the grass and trees and the eastern sky transforms from black, to pink, to yellow, to blue.<\/p>\n We have more time<\/strong> to get lost in the soothing sounds of the birds, coyotes, owls, katydids and train whistles.<\/p>\n We have more time<\/strong> to sit on the banks of the river in the evening, seeing spectacular sunsets give the Amen to another day, watching the river\u2019s steady flow, catching a glimpse of catfish and turtles and eagles.<\/p>\n We have more time<\/strong> to visit with the people who stop by on their travels \u2013 to hear their dreams, their adventures, their stories.<\/p>\n Many people shudder at the idea of living in such a small space.<\/p>\n They cannot fathom giving up all the stuff that fills every room, the garage and even three storage sheds.<\/p>\n But, many more dream of doing what we do \u2013 of letting go and living simply . . .<\/strong><\/p>\n Having more time to live freely<\/p>\n To live fully.<\/strong><\/p>\n To live now.<\/strong><\/p>\n Because it\u2019s a shame to wait until you\u2019re dying to begin living.<\/p>\n We Did it \u2013 You CAN too!\u00a0 Join us!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" We live fulltime in our RV a little different from the norm . . . we live in our pickup camper on the banks of the Missouri River.
