Bad idea. When i first learned the definition of what a leader was I got angry because it was so simplified and this was the definition of Leadership I found is \u201cLeadership is Influence Nothing More Nothing Less.\u201d That sums it up doesn\u2019t it? Well, that is the best definition I ever came across.<\/p>\n

There are several great teachers on leadership although it is a very big concept and many people can give you their sole definition.<\/p>\n

I tried every idea under the sun to put my finger on it but it was tough. To see people in leadership in certain areas of life and ever given the question, they would give an answer based on their experience. I would say leadership is correctly manipulating of an environment of people. If we were to say that we do not manipulate others would be denial.<\/p>\n
Kind of like an addict sticking himself with a needle and saying \u201cwell, I can control this.\u201d<\/p>\n
Truthfully, influence is a power wielded by few because a leader feels OK about giving direction.<\/p>\n
Any of the armed forces have a stigma of sending troops to their doom with bullets whizzing by their heads and trying to make them feel ok about dying is a feat in itself. The question still stands \u2026 Are You A Leader?<\/p>\n
What kind of benefits does leadership do for you?<\/p>\n
Well, I wish I could write about 10 things that are strong benefits.. but here is the best I can give you and the only thing most leaders are looking for\u2026<\/p>\n
