This is a review of Tony Robbins \u201cUltimate Edge\u201d Part 1.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Tony Robbins, one of America\u2019s top life transformational coaches (or motivational speaker) has a new program called \u201cUltimate Edge\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

I\u2019ve been a big fan of Tony Robbin for over a decade and I\u2019ve read and listened to just about every program or book he has produced.<\/p>\n

I just listened to the first hour of his newest program \u201cUltimate Edge\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tony says that this program is a collection of the best tools that he has used to help people transform their lives almost instantly.<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s a summary of what Tony teaches in the first hour of \u201cUltimate Edge<\/em>.\u201d These are not new lessons from Tony, mostly reminders of what he has been teaching for 3 decades.<\/p>\n

Tony spends a lot of time talking about what we choose to focus on, how it affects our inner world and how our inner world and our emotions help manifest the kind of life and experiences we have.<\/p>\n

\u201cWherever focus goes, energy flows\u201d<\/strong> He says. Pretty much, in order to change your life, you have to stop focusing on what you don\u2019t want and focus on what you want instead.<\/p>\n

\u201cwhat you focus on, you manifest\u201d<\/h2>\n

You can create any fearful situation and make it real in your mind with as many details as you want and you will \u201cfeel\u201d that situation you\u2019ve created as if it was real. It will produced all the emotions it would if it were real.<\/p>\n

There are patterns that make people succeed and patterns that cause people to fail.<\/p>\n

In Ultimate Edge, Tony continues to remind us that Success leaves clues<\/strong>. Go learn from someone who\u2019s done what you\u2019re trying to do and do what it is that they do. Don\u2019t reinvent the wheel. Find someone to \u201cCopy\u201d a mentor, a coach, someone you admire,<\/p>\n

Tony goes on to explain that most people fail because they believe they lacked the resources that would have helped them succeed. Money, time, connections, equipment are some of the things people blame for their failures.<\/p>\n

But Tony sees it differently. He says that we fail because we start to believe that we\u2019re lacking resources, but resources are never the real problem. The real problem is that we\u2019re not resourceful<\/strong> enough.
\nYou can get the resources if you\u2019re resourceful enough. What makes us resourceful is \u201chuman emotions\u201d It\u2019s all about what emotions you spend most of your time with.<\/p>\n

Anger, frustration, confusion, boredom, blame, guilt, regret<\/span> Vs Determination, courage, curiosity, creativity, gratitude, positivity<\/span>\u2026..
\nThe emotions you choose always determine how resourceful you are going to be in any situation. If you\u2019re determined enough, you will find a way to do what you need to do or get what you need to have.
\nIf you care enough about something, you\u2019ll find someone to listen to you and even help you. But It\u2019s the lack of emotional stamina that causes us to fail.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I have to say that I learned quite a lot in the first 30 minutes of \u201cUltimate Edge\u201d Tony Robbins newest program.<\/p>\n
