Please share!<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><span><span><strong>You are looking to get ranked and how to get on the first page of the search engines blogging, right?<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><strong>Well you came to the right place<\/strong> IF you are NOT looking for SEO tips!\u00a0 That\u2019s because I am NOT an SEO expert.\u00a0 However, as I continue to learn more about \u2018search engine optimization\u2019 there are many ranking tips and strategies that I know and will share with you in this post.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>(click image for video)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"en-vault-video\"><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube-nocookie.com\/embed\/fwRAjGDiz_0\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen loading=\"lazy\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<h2><span><strong>Get On The First Page Blogging Tips<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<h2><span>Decide What Your Blog Is About<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span><strong>I think one of the biggest mistakes<\/strong> new online marketers or folks wanting to start building their online business is not really dialing in on the message your blog will deliver to your audience.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>For instance, if you are an affiliate marketer and you want to\u00a0sell weight loss products, dial that in even more by determining if your blog site will be for just women, men &amp; women or just general information aimed at health and fitness.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Having full understanding <strong>what your blog is about will keep you focused<\/strong> when setting up your blog site with proper categories, tags and other information that will be congruent to your message and give you an \u2018seo\u2019 edge.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Blog Daily No Matter What<\/h2>\n<p><span><strong>It\u2019s been proven over and over again<\/strong> that blogging daily (or at least 5x week) will build incredible visibility and provide viral awareness to your audience and to the search engines.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>This means that your blog posts should provide tips, information, answer questions or entertain your blog visitors.\u00a0 WHY?\u00a0 Because you want them to remember your site and keep returning to build that rapport and soon a paying customer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>And <span><strong>when you blog daily<\/strong><\/span>, it\u2019s like you are publishing mini-sites that stay on the internet 24\/7 forever!\u00a0 The more you post, the more \u2018sites\u2019 you have out there and a huge opportunity for people to see your link\u2026along with those search engines!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><strong>The other obvious thing that many people miss<\/strong><\/span> is the blogging platform you use for your online business really does matter!\u00a0 This platform you are on right now is called Kalatu and it is a WordPress based blogging site but customized as a brand station for you and your business.\u00a0 <strong>Check out this platform<\/strong> as it some of it\u2019s features include \u2018built in\u2019 SEO\u2026say what?!\u00a0 <em>That\u2019s right\u2026you do NOT have to be an SEO expert.<\/em>\u00a0 Whew!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>OK back to first page blogging tips!<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span>Long Tail Keywords Is Key!<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span><strong>There are so many people now on the internet<\/strong> and leveraging it for their online business.\u00a0 So how in the world do you stand out, above the crowd and be seen?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span>Guess what?\u00a0 We are all on a level playing field.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span>That\u2019s because <strong>if you have a blog and an internet connection, combine it with daily blogging<\/strong> and providing that interesting, valuable information the next thing you can do is focus your <a href=\"https:\/\/empowernetwork.com\/blogging\/\">blog post<\/a> on a \u2018long tail keyword\u2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Check out the\u00a0screen shot of what I mean:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>A long tail keyword is at least 4 to 7 (maybe up to 9) words.\u00a0 These words should be descriptive, actionable and specific to what your blog post will deliver.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><strong>The biggest mistake you can make<\/strong> is to use keywords to attract your audience but then do the \u2018switch\u2019 on them and make your blog post more about selling rather than delivering helpful information for your visitors. WHY?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Well if you haven\u2019t noticed, <span><strong>the internet and the social interaction is changing how we do online business<\/strong><\/span>.\u00a0 People want to meet and work with people.\u00a0 They are tired of the \u2018sales pitch\u2019 \u2026so I highly recommend you DITCH THE PITCH and get working on long tail keywords that will benefit both you and, most importantly, your audience and the search engines.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><strong>Use the Google Keyword Planner<\/strong> or just search the topic you want to write about in the search engines for getting ideas for your long tail keywords.\u00a0 Get creative and have fun, be original and you will have people visiting your blog site all the time.\u00a0 That will also help to get on the first page of the search engines blogging!<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span>Let\u2019s Get Sexy With Images!<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span><span>Now don\u2019t take that the wrong way<\/span>\u2026my husband might see this!\u00a0 What I want to get across is how images will really spice things up for your blog posts.\u00a0 To top it off, the search engines like them too.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Use images please!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>You can <strong>use your imagination when it comes to the images<\/strong> to include in your blog posts.\u00a0 Be sure that the images are high quality and high resolution as they typically will catch the eye of your audience.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>When you add images, you will want to <strong>include tags that include your long tail keyword<\/strong>.\u00a0 <span>This is an SEO tip<\/span> which will help your images to even get on the first page of the search engines!\u00a0 Now that\u2019s sexy, lol.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Here is an online image creator that is really easy to use\u2026. <span>Canva.com<\/span> \u2026. You can import your own images then add striking text, quotes or any other artistic design which will create more unique, images to catch their eye.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span>Videos Rule The Land<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span><span><strong>If you haven\u2019t heard yet, videos are king.<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0 And if you don\u2019t believe it, then you are still living in the \u2018old days\u2019.\u00a0 <strong>Video is and will continue to be a huge factor<\/strong> in any kind of marketing or communication for any audience.\u00a0 Videos are what people want and with all the devices, like smart phones, tablets, pc\u2019s and being able to access the internet from your TV, people are drawn to videos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Add videos to your blog posts<\/span> and you will have much more rapport with your visitors, as long as they relate to the message you are sharing in your blog post.\u00a0 And the more videos that you can incorporate yourself, is going to become a huge benefit for you.\u00a0 But <strong>think of it this way<\/strong>, when people see you, then they start feeling like they know you.\u00a0 When they know you, they being to trust you and the rest is history\u2026because they will follow you and hopefully become a loyal paying customer or team member!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Videos will in some cases get on the first page of the search engines before your blog post or just by themselves.\u00a0 WHY?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Well that is because Google owns YoutTube.\u00a0 So anyone searching on Google, <strong>will see the top ranking videos<\/strong> for that keyword.\u00a0 The more you believe that videos WILL change the success of your online business the more I hope I have inspired you to get out there and make that first video right now!<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span>Syndicate \u2013 Get Out There and Share!<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span><strong>Now it\u2019s time to bring the value to your audience.<\/strong> \u00a0<span>Which came first\u2026. the visitor or the blog site?<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><strong>Syndication is a huge and important part to being seen and heard<\/strong><\/span> on this very crowded online space. \u00a0But when you incorporate all the tips and strategies you have learned so far, by taking the time to SHARE YOUR STUFF is when the magic happens! \u00a0Well at least, it can.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>There are of course the <span>big social media players<\/span> that every online business should have a profile. \u00a0<strong>Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, Pinterest and now you should even consider Instagram!<\/strong> \u00a0It doesn\u2019t take a long time to set up your social media profiles, especially since you can backlink from your social profiles to your blog site or to specific content that relates to your audience!
