So we\u2019re doing this blog challenge \u2013 just 10 days of blog\/syndicate\/email daily and I\u2019ve let the day slide by without a plan for blogging.<\/p>\n

Doesn\u2019t help that I spent more than half the day on hangouts (excellent hangouts btw \u2013 one where we\u2019re going through Autorespondermadness together \u2013 amazing email course and another which was a private consult with one of my teammates who has tremendous leadership<\/a> potential)<\/p>\n Or that I had to help return my Dad\u2019s car in between those two hangouts (that\u2019s 4.5 hours of the day gone right there)<\/p>\n And that before that I did \u00a0because he did one for me the night before \u2026. mine took some editing time and fiddling with uploading\u2026 like 3x I tried \u2026 on the 4th it took. Still no clue what the problem was. Maybe the quotes in the tags??<\/p>\n Seriously clueless.<\/p>\n Then there\u2019s a few hours that I\u2019m kinda uncertain where they went exactly\u2026 did have to run to the grocery \u2026 oh and watch Miss Morgan riding her bike (she learned in about 25 minutes the other day \u2013 no sitter on Fridays so I\u2019m elected to be the witness \u2013 I\u2019m cool with that) \u2026 then there were dishes to wash and dinner to prepare and eat \u2026 oh I did allow myself an hour\u2019s guilty pleasure and watched Shark Tank \u2013 that\u2019s fun sometimes.<\/p>\n Anyway \u2026 one way and another \u2026 the day WENT.<\/p>\n And here I am blogging at 11pm.<\/p>\n Why? Well for the same reason that other folks doing this challenge are too \u2026 because having a small tribe to be accountable to, especially if you\u2019re supposed to be leading them \u2026<\/p>\n Well it just makes you a better person.<\/p>\n Often we keep our word to others far better than we do ourselves. It\u2019s just the way it is. Me too, I\u2019ll be the first to admit it.<\/p>\n But rather than beat myself up, I leverage that \u2018handicap\u2019 and make it work for me by forming study groups around the stuff that I want to be doing anyway \u2026 and monetizing those groups by introducing excellent products to my audience and inviting them along for the ride.<\/p>\n
