I actually got goosebumps when I heard this same thing from one of our Inner Circle Training. That’s when it gets reiterated in my mind that I am in the right community of like minded individuals who ARE dissatisfied with stupid, dissatisfied with “negative programming” (that before learning from the Empower Network Digital Educational Products, I didn’t even REALIZE because I was oblivious to the fact that I had so much “negative programming”!) , dissatisfied with beliefs and philosophies that don’t really work!

The empowering part is, knowing that we don’t know it all. The empowering part is knowing that once we realize THAT “negative programming” – that force of evil that keeps us stuck, that keeps us in mediocre thinking… that has long deceived us, we can change it, we can make progress, we can improve and start accepting that, “Ooops… I was wrong, my best thinking brought me here, – which was not really the super best thinking …” but you can and you WILL be helped!”. That is what Empower Network is all about!

It is time for a positive change. And for things to change, we have to change. There are certain programming that we have been led to believe that actually has no basis, it’s like a hand-me-down belief. Well, it’s time to believe what actually WORKS!

I wrote this in earlier blog posts, the problem with troubleshooting is when you troubleshoot, you tend to see WHAT caused the trouble, and if you are actually good with your troubleshooting skills? You can actually SPOT WHO caused the trouble! LOL! And most of the people who caused the trouble will HATE you or hate on you because “you figured it out!”. Some bosses appreciate that. Some don’t. And oftentimes, when you troubleshoot, it creates problems too, not for others, but for yourself. You tend to neglect yourself, forget about yourself, you make sacrifices for others and then that has other dire consequences, too, which often leads to stress and a bad state of health. 36 hours of NO SLEEP, no rest? Who would not implode? We are all fashioned from the same clay!

So it’s easy for people to hate those who expose unwanted truths about themselves or their performance, because I also noticed this “most people stop doing their jobs when they find a job”. And those who are actually good at what they do, because they have studied it and have the knowledge and experience? Are sometimes (or often) stifled because they are not given the “authority” or the chance to apply what they know. They are put in a box of regulations and protocols. Micromanagement and CONTROL.

Here’s another tip that I share with others (and I blog about). It is not about time management. Because nobody can actually manage time. (It’s actually like saying, let’s go manage the weather! Nobody can manage time! It’s not humanly possible!) What you can manage is your activities. What are your activities that make up your 24 hour day?

And while we do stuff for others, (who don’t appreciate it most of the time), we neglect other things. Because sometimes we can’t even get the opportunity to have a life because we are enslaved by what we have to do to survive.

We can all accept responsibility, we all make mistakes, but it’s not as if we can never change because we can. We have the “ability to respond”. Oftentimes bad things happen to good people. There’s a book I read a long time ago and the title stuck with me it’s said “tough times don’t last, tough people do”.

I am so grateful that I found Empower Network. The training I got NOW here at Empower Network is what is preparing me to face what lies ahead. I am in the community of people who have been in the “confused and questioning” state that I was in when I started. But I just got started anyway. Because I figured early on that there really is something missing in my life, that just maybe I don’t know it all, that just maybe I need to scrutinize myself and the company i used to keep and the negative influences that I have so long “allowed” to control me and my actions. Most of us are misled to believe certain things that no longer apply.

<a title="Simple Questions You Can Ask Yourself .
