Last Monday I was listening to our webinar and I learned about TOMA<\/strong> \u2013 how it was a key ingredient for success and what I can do to improve it.<\/p>\n

Before we talk about it, let\u2019s reflect on where we are right now.\u00a0 This part is essential in order to apply TOMA<\/strong>, so stick around.<\/p>\n

To improve our live, we have to look back at our past and emotions<\/em>.\u00a0 How did you get to where you are right now?\u00a0 Where do you want to be in life in the future?<\/em><\/p>\n

What is your family like?\u00a0 Are you spending time with your family as much as you want?\u00a0 Do you have enough savings set aside for college or your retirement?<\/p>\n

What job do you do?\u00a0 Do you own your own business?\u00a0 Are you in control of your schedule?\u00a0 Does your job afford you to have a life?<\/p>\n

What would you do if time and money were not an issue?\u00a0 Would you travel around the world and eat in 5 star restaurants?\u00a0 Do you see yourself in a beach in a private island somewhere?<\/p>\n

What brings you here?\u00a0 What would that extra income mean for your life?<\/p>\n

TOMA means Top of the Mind Awareness<\/h2>\n

A positive attitude is important in order to become completely yourself and get that self-awareness back.<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

Start doing things that make you happy and successful.<\/span>\u00a0 It will make you feel good and you will bring back joy in your life.\u00a0 You will have less stress as well.<\/p>\n

Carve out some quiet time for yourself throughout the day.\u00a0 During this time, rediscover yourself by writing a journal.<\/span><\/p>\n

Write about how you feel and what you want in life.\u00a0 Record everything.\u00a0 Write down your results as you progress.<\/p>\n

This will help you decide what is important and what isn\u2019t.\u00a0 Knowing what is important and what isn\u2019t will bring value in you.<\/p>\n

Knowing your values in life is important to self-awareness and your personal growth.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Set some goals and deadlines on when you want them accomplished.\u00a0<\/span> Take massive action right away allowing you to learn and be flexible.<\/p>\n

With an open mind study and keep on learning.<\/span>\u00a0 Find someone to support you in your goals and to listen when you need to talk about where you want to go will help make them easier.<\/p>\n

Last but not the least, listen to inspirational audio<\/span>.\u00a0 Listen to it when you\u2019re in the car, or in the shower, or in the gym.<\/p>\n

I listen to the Inner Circle Audio<\/strong><\/a> on my way home or when I\u2019m just sitting down on the couch with my baby.\u00a0 It inspires me to listen to the success stories of others.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s the success stories of those who were edified and recognized on stage during the Empower Network events.<\/em>\u00a0 When they go on stage, that check that they hold is a representation of their journey towards their breakthrough.<\/em><\/p>\n

They talk about their heartaches, trials and struggles before they become successful \u2013 how they used to live in a Van and now they live in a nice house in Costa Rica.\u00a0 They talk about how they got out of debt.\u00a0 They talk about their stories of how they were a stay at home parent and earned enough that they were able to retire their spouse.<\/p>\n

They talk about where they were before and how they made it from point A to point B.\u00a0 They talk about how they were willing to learn and what the training videos did for them when they went ALL IN<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

They talked about taking massive action to achieve success.<\/strong><\/p>\n
